Cloisters Suite This suite is one of the most beautiful function venues you will find in the North West. Formally St. Mary’s Church, our unique suite complete with stained glass windows provides an idyllic setting for your special day. Cloisters suite has its own lounge area complete with bar facilities to ensure you don’t lose any of your guests and can accommodate up to 300 guests Ashton Suite This suite is a tastefully decorated, fully equipped and air-conditioned room with bar facilities. The Ashton lounge is directly adjacent to the function suite and is ideal for any of your guests who may wish to have a quiet chat or just relax and can accommodate up to 220 guests

Spacious and truly unique, Bailiffscourt is a great location for a memorable occasion. The ceremony is held in the Music Room, with an optional Blessing to follow in our original Norman Chapel. Baylies, the Honeymoon Suite with it's four-poster bed, open fireplaces and twin baths offers ultimate luxury. The Spa has many facilities including both indoor and outdoor pools and offers many relaxing treatments. Bailiffscourt can tailor make a package to suit all types of occasions and can arrange Wedding Breakfasts from 5 to 75 guests in the Tapestry Restaurant and with exclusive use up to 300 in a marquee. Day receptions end at 5.30pm and for those who want an evening reception, exclusive use will be needed. The rate for this option is available on request.

Venue hire for weddings in Kent. Function rooms availble for numbers of 150 guests, 300 guests and over 500 guests. In-house caterers on site but also allow external caterers to be brought in.

Cley Windmill is an 18th Century windmill that has been renovated into a stylist guesthouse. A magical, beautiful and unusual place. We have a full wedding licence and can accomodate a maximum of 20 people in our magnificent circular sitting room which is where the wedding ceremony takes place. We offer two options: 1. The ceremony alone, with champagne reception in the garden or 2. Take the entire windmill for the wedding and reception with a house party afterwards. We can accomodate 14-20 people. Accomodation includes bed and breakfast, with tea and dinner if required.
